This blog is a continuation of the Race Across the Rock blog...a 17 day, 883 KM run I completed across Newfoundland via the old railway bed. Some people have expressed interest in what is next...that would be The Canadian Death Race (125 KM through the Rockies)....and what I am doing for training. Consequently, I thought I would blog about my training in case some of you found it helpful. I hope your training is going well!

J, can't believe that today, really is the last day for a long stretch. Your wise words and courage have inspired so many!! Can't say in just a few words how proud I am. Enjoy the beautiful coastline along Conception Bay-- Life sure is good!!! Looking soooooo forward to seeing you today. Momma R

Great idea, such dedication, hard work, and memories made by u for a super cause. The reward will be the sweetest of all, I'm sure you will have lots of family and friends to share it with.
