This blog is a continuation of the Race Across the Rock blog...a 17 day, 883 KM run I completed across Newfoundland via the old railway bed. Some people have expressed interest in what is next...that would be The Canadian Death Race (125 KM through the Rockies)....and what I am doing for training. Consequently, I thought I would blog about my training in case some of you found it helpful. I hope your training is going well!

First time!
Another athlete is born today: ISIK. First time I ran with my wife today. We ran together Cheema 6.8km in 1 hour 5 min. And this is the first time she's run this long. Two years ago, she couldn't run more than 50 metres. Now, she is very active in the GYM (she works with Isaac) and running. She'll run Bluenose for 5K with me. Entire day, she has a constant smile on her face. I am proud of her...
